Forever Young capsules contain the oil from the Oenothera biennis, the common evening primrose, which is rich in y-Linolenic acid. Linolenic acids are unsaturated acids which are an essential component of the human nutrition. Additionally the Forever Young capsules contain natural vitamin E which contributes to the protection of the cells from oxidative stress.
Recommended daily dosage
Adults and children from 12 years and older take 1-2 Forever Young capsules 3 times daily unchewed with some liquid during the meals.
